Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, with consumers being any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
Withdrawal in the case of delivery delays: If a customer wants to withdraw an order before the goods are delivered, this is only possible from the point at which no updates have been recorded in the shipment tracking for at least 21 days. In this case, the customer is obligated to return the goods to us if they still reach him.
If there is a contract withdrawal due to a customer's failure to accept the goods because they were ordered to the wrong delivery address, we can process the withdrawal only if the customer can ensure that the watch is returned to us and this actually happens.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the one offered by us, the most favorable standard delivery), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this repayment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.
Consumers have no right of withdrawal for contracts regarding:
Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs. Watches with personal engraving cannot be returned. The warranty and guarantee remain unaffected by this.
